Wet rooms & walk-in showers
Fully tanked wet rooms with proper falls to the drain — built to stay dry underneath.
A wet room is the one job where getting it wrong is expensive. The tiling is the
visible part; the waterproof layer underneath is what matters.
The build-up
We fit a proprietary former or build the falls in screed so water runs to the drain from every
corner. Then the whole floor and the lower walls are tanked with a liquid or sheet membrane from
a system we can guarantee — tanking, tape, adhesive and grout all from the same manufacturer.
Tiles that make sense
Floor tiles in a wet room need an R10 rating or better, and smaller formats or mosaics sit
better into the falls. We’ll show you options that look right and are still safe underfoot.
Accessible bathrooms
We do a lot of level-access showers for people who need to get rid of a step or a tray — often
with grab rails and a seat. Happy to work alongside an occupational therapist’s recommendations.

Customers on this work
Converted the old bathroom into a wet room for my mother. Explained the tanking properly, did the falls so there's no standing water at all, and left it spotless. Worth every penny.
