About Our team
One room done properly beats three in a hurry
Hereford Tiling is a tiling firm based in Hereford. We've been tiling walls and floors across Herefordshire for more than 10 years — mostly bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens and solid floors in homes, with regular work for local builders and letting agents.
How we work
One job at a time, start to finish. You'll deal with the same person who quoted the work, and you'll know which days we're on site before we begin. Surfaces get prepped properly — that's the part nobody sees and the reason tiling fails — and the room gets dust-sheeted, swept and wiped down at the end of every day.
What we won't do
We won't tile onto a surface that isn't sound, we won't skip a tanking kit in a wet room to save a few pounds, and we won't change the price once it's agreed unless you ask for something different. If a job isn't right for us, we'll say so and point you to someone better suited.
Insurance and standards
Fully insured with public liability cover, working to BS 5385 for wall and floor tiling, and using recognised adhesive and tanking systems so the manufacturer guarantees stay valid.
Re-tiled our bathroom from top to bottom. Turned up when they said, dust sheets down every day, and the cuts around the window are spot on. Quote didn't change by a penny.
Converted the old bathroom into a wet room for my mother. Explained the tanking properly, did the falls so there's no standing water at all, and left it spotless. Worth every penny.
Large porcelain tiles through the kitchen-diner. The floor needed levelling first, which they flagged at the quote rather than springing it on us later. Perfectly flat, not a single uneven edge.
