Silver travertine wet room with mosaic border strip and recessed shower niche
A walk-in wet room tiled floor to ceiling in large-format silver travertine, chosen for its warm, natural character.
What we did
- Tiled the walls in staggered large-format travertine
- Added a mosaic border strip running around the shower area
- Built and tiled a recessed shelf niche for shower products
- Laid the floor to a fall towards the drain, with diagonal cuts so the tiles sit neatly into the slope
- Cut tiles carefully around the drain, pipework and corners
Result
A seamless, low-maintenance wet room where the natural stone and the mosaic detail give the space real depth and texture.
